You know when you get to that point when you’re annoyed at life- just legit tired of the conundrum of uncertainty that is midwest weather and you’re like “ugh I just wanna be on a beach right now”? You’re lying if you say you haven’t been there before.
Well, that feeling right there is enough to convince yourselves and/or the people in your life to plan a destination wedding in Florida. And the best part of that sweet deal is, you know a photographer who just might be willing to very very easily be persuaded to fly out and capture every moment of it (it’s me FYI).
That’s exactly what Nick + Jaylyn did in the absolute immaculate Sarasota, Florida on the white as heck sands of South Lido Beach. Could not have been more beautiful, I kid you not. From sunrise to sunset- the day was gorgeous and the vibes?…even better. These folks were a capital GOOD TIME and no question about it, I was right there with ‘em!
It was giving bright, warm, and just all around happy. Seriously though- my favorite part was easily how carefree and awesome it all truly was. Everyone was just having the best day and were too busy celebrating that they didn’t have time to sweat the small stuff- pure enjoyment at its finest.
Long story longer- a destination wedding, no matter where it is, is bound to be an absolute WIN- your favorite people in your favorite place, celebrating what’s sure to be your most favorite day. I just cannot think of a better way to spend my time or yours. So, when and if you do plan a beautiful somewhere far far away, bring your local photographer bestie (me) along- I promise we’ll have the best time.
